Sri Piyush Ranjan Mishra, a Master in Social Work, Bachelor in Commerce and Diploma in Cooperative Management has more than 21 years of experience in development sector with thematic focus on livelihood, agriculture and livestock, farmers organizations and cooperatives is the co -founder of ISWAR. He has worked extensively on developing value chains for small holder’s livestock keepers with focus on backward and forward linkages. During this period he was instrumental to develop value chain for 1.92 lakh small holder’s backyard poultry farmers in Mayurbhanj district, establishing the innovative puffed rice producer’s women cooperative, establishing the first profit based private network of veterinary health care and livestock vaccination system by establishing a cadre of 437 community livestock health workers in four districts of Odisha, conceptualizing and promoting the tribal goat farmer’s cooperative in Odisha, establishing the private network of NTFP primary gatherers and traders in Mayurbhanj, Sundergarh and Keonjhar districts of Odisha. He was also a key in imparting EDP training to 5,600 tribal youth of Mayurbhanj district to take up livestock as a livelihood. He worked as consultant for many primary cooperative in the state of Odisha for long time and provided the service as master trainer on cooperative management and sustainability.
Mr. Mustak Khan is a Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development Management from IRMA – 1995 and a Bachelor in Agriculture Science. He is working as Director Operation based in Hyderabad. He has an experience of more than 36 years in handling agribusiness and livelihoods in urban and rural priority sector development. His area of expertise is in value chain management for sustainable farming system. The major assignments he has undertaken includes promotion of oilseed business through grass root cooperative in Western Odisha, Organic Value Chain for Tribal Coffee with product placement in international market, enhancement of skills and technology for the Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (SME) in cashew and essence (Kewara) industries, Organic Value Chain of cashew, mango, basmati rice and ragi and projects related to water management, water shed management and agro commodity development.
Mr. S K Chhatoi is a Commerce Graduate having more than 35 years of experience in Finance and Accounts. He is in corporate, cooperative and export business houses for more than three decades. He is an expert in finance and accounts, with ample knowledge and work experience in statutory requirements and taxation. He has a long-term experience in material management and export credit linkages. He has hand in hand experience in HR policies and management.
Ankit Parija is a Post Graduated in MSc Computer Science and BSc in Information Technology and Management. He was working as Branch Executive Officer at RBL Finserve Ltd. His core expertise is to find a new perspective of each and every digital operated works. He works on making the interface easier and smooth so that every individual can participate and work in a better way.
Chinmaya Kumar Das completed B.Com in 2016. He was working as an Accountant in Digital Ceramic Company and Haribol Traders with experiance of 2.8yrs. Also worked as a Tally faculity in Kensoft Education & DP Institute with experiance of 3.5yrs. He manages the the official documents & Accounts related works. His strength is to be honest and puncual work with the organization.
Vineeth R is a B.Com graduate from Mangalore University in Karnataka. He joined ISWAR as a field coordinator, and after a few months, he was promoted to assistant project coordinator for the Coorg coffee project. He successfully coordinated the registration of the Coorg Coffee FPO. Vineeth has over one year of experience as a field work and project coordinator.
Saiprasad Maharana is a passionate computer science enthusiast with a strong academic background and practical experience in the field. I hold a postgraduate degree in Computer Science and have already spent a valuable year working in the ProdOps team at Wipro. His core expertise are Data Validation, Data Manipulation.
Shivakumar K is a Post Graduate in Natural Resources and Governance from Tata Institute of Social Sciences. He is enthusiastic about forest resources about to the communities, understanding human-wildlife conflicts and sustainable use of resources. He interned with ISWAR in the Unnati Coffee Project at Madikeri, Karnataka and has now joined as the Project Coordinator.
Suresh Khara has a bachelor's degree from Berhampur University and has been involved in the development sector for the last 14 years. Amidst his poverty and struggles, he has been engaged in the service of the tribal community since his student days. He started his contribution to the betterment of livelihood and education aspects related to tribal communities of Koraput district and tribal rights in the forest. Worked with KFA (Koraput Farmers Association) organization for the betterment of tribal livelihood on agriculture and worked with FES (Foundation for Ecological Security) in the OTELP government project. Worked with NEG-FIRE organization to improve the learning level of tribal children through a mother tongue-based multilingual method. Expertise in mobilizing and awareness to tribal communities and involving them in the decision-making process.
